This all-levels handstand workshop meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re exploring your first kick-up or refining alignment, strength, and balance, you’ll leave with practical tools and renewed confidence.
What we’ll explore:
- Safe, step-by-step handstand foundations
- Wrist, shoulder, and core preparation
- Wall-supported and freestanding techniques
- Alignment cues, balance awareness, and common mistakes
- Simple drills you can take home
- Building confidence upside down — mentally and physically
All bodies welcome. No “perfect” handstand required.

About Wayne
Wayne is a certified yoga instructor with a lifelong love of movement. He was a competitive gymnast from ages 9 to 23, followed by years of teaching and coaching — developing a deep understanding of strength, body awareness, and balance.
After moving to Sweden, Wayne felt a strong calling to share this experience with fellow yogis, blending gymnastic fundamentals with the mindful, supportive approach of yoga. His teaching emphasizes safety, curiosity, and discovering what’s possible in your body.
The booking is non-refundable expect unless you can provide a certificate from a doctor. You can give you spot to another participant. This workshop will be taught in English.
