Retreat: MOVE & CONNECT Bali 2026

Unplug and get get immersed in a Yoga and Zenthai practice.

Daily movement practices including yoga, meditation and bodywork. You will leave with an embodied understanding of how the Traditional Chinese Medicine elements (fire, earth, metal, water and wood) work within your body.

Batu Karu is a Shangri-La above the clouds, nested between fern forest and an organic coffee farm overlooking the UNESCO protected rice paddy region.
