3rd International Scientific Seminar “Contemporary Challenges of (Uniform) Private Law” ⚖️

The aim of the event is to create a platform for academic reflection on the contemporary challenges of private law, with particular emphasis on its harmonisation and unification in the European and international context.

The seminar will feature both established scholars and young researchers, who will present their analyses on current issues of private law, including, among others, liability for damage caused by autonomous vehicles, the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union in shaping transport law, and modern approaches to adverse possession, including its environmental dimension.

The programme includes:
🎤 Expert Panel – featuring experienced academics and practitioners,
🎓 Student Panel – dedicated to student research presentations and academic development.

The event is addressed to students, PhD candidates, and researchers interested in contemporary private law.
