Unstuck: A women’s circle for releasing stress and reclaiming your power w/ Sarah Stefanik
When life feels too loud, and the pressure to do more keeps building, it’s easy to lose your connection to yourself.
You may feel stuck, exhausted, behind – unsure of where you're going, or how to get there.
It's easy to feel defeated and be hard on yourself. But understand this -You’re not broken – you're just overwhelmed.
This intimate 3-hour workshop is a space for women to pause, exhale, and come home to themselves.
Together in a serene, cozy setting, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. We’ll look at your goals, your patterns, your stress responses — and how they might be clouding your clarity and dimming your brilliance. Through a blend of grounding breathwork, guided group discussion, guided EFT tapping (no experience necessary), and reflective journaling, you’ll begin to unravel the noise and reconnect to your truth.
By the end, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to what you actually want – and how to begin moving toward it with courage and self-trust.
Allow yourself to let go of the pressure, return to clarity,and reconnect with what’s true.
How to prepare:
