Join us at 6:00 PM for a 45-minute somatic breathwork session at the boutique.

"Somatic Breathwork. Somatics: gentle somatic techniques such as gentle sway, hip rocks, dancing will enrich the breathwork experience to help bring balance to your nervous system by bringing you back into your body. Breathwork: your breath is directly related to the way your body experiences this world. Encouraging the slow and steady practices to help bring you into a parasympathetic state to help the healing process in our body."

Comfort & accessibility:

Please arrive 10-15 min early to create a restful space for yourself.

Bring a yoga mat for comfort, or purchase one at Solasta.

You’re welcome to bring a pillow and blanket.

The boutique offers meditation cushions and throw blankets if you’re interested.

Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit.

Investment: $10 per person, per session
