Frame + Flow is a quarterly meetup for video professionals, motion designers, editors, creative directors, and visual artists looking to connect, collaborate, and grow. Hosted in downtown Syracuse, this casual but curated event is all about building creative community— with just the right blend of inspiration and real talk.

Whether you're a freelancer, studio owner, or just breaking into the scene, Frame + Flow gives you a space to swap ideas, share work, and meet new collaborators. Expect an energizing mix of networking, micro-presentations, and creative exchange—plus free coffee, snacks, and a few surprises.
