HOT TIP: Make sure you attend virtual, monthly Pre-PELS sessions (or catch up wtih the recordings of them) to get the nuts and bolts before you come to this in-person weekend!

PELS is more than just a requirement — it’s an inspiring and practical learning experience. You’ll deepen your understanding of your role, set meaningful goals, and connect with other leaders.

Clubs have already paid for a member to attend this event. If your President Elect is still TBD or unable to attend, someone else should go in their place to bring the information back to your club!
