This is a great interactive, hands-on class for you and your partner to prepare for labor. You will walk away with a variety of tools for your toolbox to help you cope through labor. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Physical therapist, Dr. Danielle Corapi, will also talk about how pelvic floor therapy can help the pushing stage of labor.
