In this Lunch & Learn, you’ll explore why every second counts when an emergency strikes. The session will focus on how early planning, clear communication, and quick action can significantly reduce panic and prevent injury. Participants will gain practical insights into building readiness before a crisis occurs, ensuring they’re equipped to respond effectively when it matters most.
While the session is primarily focused on helping you strengthen preparedness within your business or workplace, the practical skills you’ll learn extend far beyond the office. These strategies apply just as effectively at home, with your family, and in public spaces, giving you confidence to respond quickly and effectively wherever an emergency may occur.
About Cindy & Three C Safety
Born and raised in a small town in Central Alberta, I’ve lived and worked in the region for over 30 years. My experience spans the agriculture, oil and gas, and healthcare industries, where I’ve seen firsthand the critical importance of health and safety in every aspect of life—at work, home, and play. My dedication to representing the Red Cross and providing first aid training led me to leave a management position and fully pursue my passion for safety education.
As a Red Cross Training Partner, I strive to be the heart and soul of Central Alberta Three C Safety, driven by a deep passion for health and safety. I believe that by learning basic first aid, we can significantly reduce work-site injuries. Teaching others how to minimize risks and respond effectively in emergencies brings me a tremendous sense of accomplishment. With a background in business, leadership, and customer service, I’m committed to offering reputable first aid training to the Central Alberta area—but I couldn't do it without the incredible support of our amazing community.
