Grief deserves space, acknowledgment, and community.
Whether you’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, a traumatic birth, infertility, or another form of reproductive loss, this group welcomes you with open arms. You are not alone. This is a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for women and birthing people to gather, speak their truth, and begin or continue their healing journey.

This group is facilitated by Sammi Knowles, a DONA International trained birth doula with extensive experience supporting individuals through grief, trauma, infertility, and high-risk pregnancies. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, Sammi provides a space grounded in body awareness, emotional safety, and holistic care.

This group is a place to:
• Share stories and emotions without fear of judgment
• Connect with others who understand the pain of loss
• Learn practical tools for navigating grief and trauma
• Access gentle guidance from a knowledgeable and caring professional

Meetings are held twice monthly, on the second and fourth Tuesdays, starting at 6:00 PM.
