What virtue do you want more of? What is a challenge you want to overcome? What are you passionate about and want more of? What character traits would you like to improve upon?

You can’t make a change without a starting point and that is what we are going to create! Choose a word that represents something you want more of or represents a goal and we will create a stamped keychain for you to carry as a reminder of your intention for 2026.

You can come ready with your word or use the yoga practice time to set your focus and choose when you get here. Share your word with others if you like as we talk, giggle and support one another during this evening of setting the tone for the upcoming year.
