To clear space.
To soften your grip.
To return to the natural rhythm within you.


✨ Letting Go is a deeply immersive 9D Breathwork + Reiki experience designed to help you release what’s been building beneath the surface and gently come back into balance.

Through multidimensional sound, conscious breath, and Reiki’s supportive presence, you’ll be guided to:

💫 Release emotional weight and stored tension
💫 Soften the edges of what’s been held too tightly
💫 Open space within the heart for forgiveness and compassion
💫 Reconnect to a grounded, steady sense of self

This is a space where nothing needs to be forced.

Where your breath leads, and your body follows.
A space to unravel…
to exhale…
to create room for something new to emerge.

Each inhale, a quiet opening.
Each exhale, a gentle release.

And in that space, 
clarity returns,
the nervous system settles,
and something within you begins to feel lighter.

🌙 The Experience

With the layered soundscape of 9D Breathwork and the subtle support of Reiki, you’ll be guided through a full-body release and integration, leaving you feeling more spacious, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

After the journey, you’re invited to stay for a heart-centered share circle and tea if it feels aligned…

a soft place to land and be held in community.


⚕️ Important Notes

Comfy mats, small pillow, and blankets provided.  You may bring your own if you prefer. 

New Eye mask will be provided- you can bring your own if you prefer.

Please bring a Water bottle

Eat light or fast for two hours before class - it can be hard to breath on a full stomach.

Headphones will be provided for the 9D experience


Class length: ~90–120 minutes including integration & share circle

Space is limited to 6 participants


Due to the energetic nature of this work, sessions are non-refundable


⚠️ Contraindications

Breathwork may not be suitable for those with cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, or severe psychiatric conditions. If you have questions, please reach out to Amanda - the breath can always be adjusted to meet you where you are.
