Check in at the Welcome Center on the Lower Concourse level of the Sydney Opera House. After ticket validation, your guide will greet you and provide a brief introduction before leading your group inside.

Guests will need to climb 300 stairs, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Tours do not operate on Good Friday, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day before 11am.
If you've opted for the meal upgrade, you can redeem it at the House Canteen or Opera Bar between 11:30am and 6pm or Midden by Mark Olive, between 11:30am-2:30pm for lunch, or 5-6pm for dinner.
