RadianceDance5Rhythms with Guest teacher Madhuma Thompson

This Sunday we welcome guest teacher Madhuma Thompson.
This is a wonderful opportunity to dance with Madhuma who brings her own unique flavor, her joie de vivre and open heart, with years of experience in spiritual practises, she is both a 5Rhythms teacher and an Open Floor teacher and was based in Melbourne for many years.

“Dancing has always been my most reliable route to Joy.”
My movement work now is about inviting people into presence.
By following and befriending a sensation, a feeling or a thought. By making real experiences on the dance floor that show us how our bodies might shift away from habitual moves, opening to a new texture, a new perspective, one that includes more of your totality. And perhaps… find a dance in it.

I trained with Gabrielle Roth to teach 5Rhythms® in 2007 and by the Founding Members to teach Open Floor Movement Practice in 2015.

‘I love the honesty of a movement practice. To see people light up again and again – connecting to the root of their dance is so fulfilling!’

Radiance Dance is an invitation to awaken energy, healing and transformation through 5Rhythms Dance. Our dance is open to all ages and levels of physical ability. You dont need any dance experience to attend. 5Rhythms dance is an accessible movement practise which invites and creates space for you to open to your own expressive movement. More info
