After more than 10 years building a successful professional speaking business, Darren Pratley has learned that long-term success isn't simply about getting more speaking engagements. It's about creating the right opportunities, building valuable relationships and developing work that continues well beyond the stage.

Darren has built a significant part of his business around ongoing client relationships, turning speaking opportunities into programs, campaigns and longer-term engagements that create consistent revenue and genuine value for clients.

In this practical and highly relevant session, Darren will share the thinking, strategies and actions he is using as he resets and prepares his own business for 2027.

Darren will explore:

Opportunity & Reset

Taking an honest look at where your business is now, what is working and where the opportunities for 2027 may lie.

Network, Industries & Connection

Understanding the value of your existing network, identifying the industries you want to work within and creating stronger connections with the people who can create opportunity.

Value, Insights & Opportunity

Looking beyond the keynote to understand what clients really need, and where your knowledge and expertise can create greater value.

Your Campaign or Program

Turning your expertise into something clients can engage with beyond a single presentation, creating opportunities for campaigns, programs and ongoing work.

Action & Insights

Bringing the thinking together into clear actions you can take immediately to begin setting your business up for the year ahead.

Key Takeaways:

Attendees will leave with greater clarity around where their best opportunities may come from, how to create more value from their existing expertise and relationships, and practical actions they can implement now to start building momentum for 2027.
This won't be a session about simply getting more gigs.
It's about building a stronger, more sustainable speaking business, & making 2027 the best year yet!
