Some important things you need to know and frequently asked questions:

 What does my registration include?


Entry into the conference, presentations and exhibition

Electronic access to content

Access to networking functions and special events

All lunches, refreshments, morning and afternoon teas 

What fees am I being charged? 


What fees am I being charged? 

If you select to "Pay by invoice" your registration will incur a $2.00 booking fee (the fees displayed for each registration type will adjust once your payment option is selected).

If you pay by credit card your registration will incur a 2% processing fee + a $2.00 booking fee.

When will I receive my Invoice / Paid Tax Invoice?

Hannover Fairs Australia operates independently of Eventbrite. It generally takes around 2-3 days for an invoice/paid tax invoice to be generated following registration on Eventbrite.

My credit card won't process in Eventbrite, can I still pay using my card?

Yes! Please select pay by invoice during the registration process, then call our office on +61 2 9955 7400 and we can process your card payment over the phone.

Can I pay by another method?

Yes. If your company would rather issue a purchase order instead of using a credit card just click on 'Register' above, and during the registration process you will be able to select Pay by Invoice. Please be aware that all invoices need to be settled before attending the conference.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, just call or email.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just call or email.

Can I cancel my registration?

All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event. Tickets may not be shared – one delegate per ticket. Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for cancellations.

Cancellations received in writing more than fourteen days prior to the event date:

Will receive a credit note to the value of the registration, less a service fee of 15% (+GST). The credit note is not transferrable to any other event except the event for which the credit note has been issued.

Cancellations occurring less than fourteen days (inclusive) of the event date:

Will receive credit to the value of the registration, less a service fee of 25% (+GST). The credit note is not transferrable to any other event except the event for which the credit note has been issued.

A registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same company at any time at no charge.

Credit notes must be used within one year from the date of issue. Delegates are responsible for any incremental cost in the price of registration.

Please note that Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right of admission. Speakers, programs and topics are normally announced 3 months prior to the event, but due to unforeseen circumstances may be changed. Please see website for most up-to-date program.

Terms and Conditions

 

Definitions

“Event” shall mean HR and L&D Innovation and Tech Fest. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.

Event programThe Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, in which case full refunds for registrations will be issued to Attendees that have paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered Attendees. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these ‘Terms and Conditions of Participation’, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.

ConfirmationRegistration Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via e-mail.

Payment PolicyPayment for the event is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. For bookings made on or before Friday 15 November 2019, if full payment is not received by 5pm on Friday 15 November 2019, the registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. For bookings made after Friday 15 November 2019, if payment is not received the same day then the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise.

Registration Cancellation PolicyShould your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an Event, you must contact Hannover Fairs by no later than 8 November 2019. Upon providing notice you will be entitled to a credit note to the value of your registration for the following years Innovation and Tech Fest. No refunds will be payable, however substitutions are welcome at any time without charge.

Privacy PolicyPersonal information acquired by Hannover Fairs Australia for the Event is governed by Hannover Fairs Australia’s Privacy Policy.

Restrictions of EntryMinimum age for entry 18 years old.
