Their family moved to Australia when they were almost 7 and lived most of their life around Adelaide. They have worked in design, media and publishing. They discovered the Dhamma in their early 20s through listening to various podcasts and later served on the committee of the Buddhist Society of South Australia. They became an Anagārikā, in Adelaide, on the last day of 2016 with Venerable Santacārī. In 2018 they moved to Dhammasāra Monastery in WA where they took Novice ordination, in March 2019 and Bhikkhuni ordination in August 2021, with Ajahn Hāsapaññā as their preceptor.
