Through its two flagship programmes – the Veerni Institute and Veerni Balika – the organisation provides quality education, healthcare, nutrition, and life skills to more than 100 girls each year from remote desert villages around Jodhpur.Through initiatives globally – like the Veerni Run/Walk in Sydney – Acumen teams and partners from around the world have come together to make a difference.Veerni Run – Participant Waiver & ReleaseBy registering for and/or participating in the Veerni Run (“the Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:1. Assumption of RiskI understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, property damage, and death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, including those that may arise from the negligence of Acumen, Veerni, event partners, sponsors, volunteers, or any affiliated individuals or organisations (“Released Parties”).2. Waiver and Release of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, disability, death, or property damage that I may suffer in connection with my participation in the Event.3. Consent for Personal DataI consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of my personal data by the Released Parties for the administration and operation of the Event.
