Celebrate the magic of the season at The Gallery. Whether you're planning a festive catch up with loved ones or simply treating yourself to something special, our high tea experience offers something for everyone.


On Saturdays and Sundays during the festive period, our beloved Build-A-Bear high tea stand is transformed into a decadent, bottomless high tea buffet. Indulge in an array of savoury delights and sweet treats, all served with your choice of coffee or premium loose leaf teas from The Tea Centre.


Celebrating a special occasion? Add a glass of Prosecco or Champagne to make your experience even more memorable.

Special Build-A-Bear Experience:
Build-A-Bear are known for their signature workshops where guests can pick a furry friend and bring it to life through a Heart Ceremony.
This festive season, Build-A-Bear will be recreating this special experience at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park on 6 December, 13 December and 20 December.

Please note no Heart Ceremony will be held on Saturday 27 December, however the High Tea Buffet will continue as usual.


WHEN:
Festive High Tea Buffet available every Saturday & Sunday in December.

PRICING:
$105 per person | $60 for children (aged 4-12) | Children under 4 years eat free


Dishes will be altered to cater for most dietary requirements. While we try our best, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free meals as they are made in the same kitchen.

Bookings must be made with 24 hour notice. Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays
