4-Week Adult Beginner Step Dance Session

Welcome Dancers! This 4-Week session is perfect for BEGINNER level Adult Dancers of all ages and fitness levels (19 & over).

What to expect:

Welcome to Beginner Level Adult Step Dance. If you've ever wanted to learn a dance form that's near and dear to our beautiful Island, now's your chance. Shannon will lead you through the basics of Cape Breton Step Dancing, share some history and a few good laughs!

While our participants enjoy the physical benefits that movement and dance provides, participants have also come to enjoy the social aspect that dance provides, especially in our very special dance studio space. You just never know who you'll meet!
