Artists aged 12 and up are invited to register through Eventbrite for the Early Bird Rate of $25 (registration increases on August 16), securing their spot with a sidewalk square around the DeKalb County Courthouse and chalk to create their masterpieces.Event Highlights:Art Competition: Artists will transform the sidewalks into colorful canvases.
