Squad Details: Our Thursday morning session is specifically designed as a Technique & Endurance session.  It is one of our two flagship 90minute sessions.

This dynamic workout not only enhances your overall fitness through extended swims but also employs targeted drills and swim gear to reinforce excellent form over longer distances. It offers a perfect blend of endurance and technique work, making it an ideal addition to your weekly swim routine. For maximum benefits, consider pairing it with its 90 minute counterpart on Tuesday for a significant boost to your overall swim training.
