Restorative Pilates for recovery and strength

We’re delighted to offer a specialist Pilates mat class designed for those recovering from sports injuries or surgeries, including knee, shoulder, or hip procedures. It’s also well-suited for individuals managing conditions that affect balance, strength, or mobility.

This inclusive class welcomes visually impaired participants as well, with clear, detailed verbal instruction and a supportive teaching approach to ensure everyone can participate safely and confidently.

Class Details:

Duration: 1 hour (including a 10-minute guided relaxation at the end)
Cost: £9 per class

What to Wear and Bring:
Please wear comfortable sportswear and socks. Mats and all necessary equipment are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
