My pregnancy yoga classes help to ease out the physical body relieving common discomfort in pregnancy such as low back ache rib pain or tight lower leg muscles. The classes also help to prepare and open the body ready for birth. I include valuable breathing techniques such as ujjayi & golden thread breath to help you stay grounded and relaxed during the birth of your baby. Alongside these benefits there is also the opportunity to relax and rest and to connect with your growing and developing baby and the needs of your pregnancy.
