Yoga for pregnancy classes consist of safe and appropriate physical postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. These classes help support you throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth. This is a special time in your life and the classes give you the skills to cope with the changes that take place during pregnancy and promote health and well being. They also give you the time and space to bond with your unborn baby. Most women come along for the duration of their pregnancy to gain full benefit. No previous experience of yoga is necessary for you to attend the class.
