With a background in HR and customer operations, and a proven track record in creating behavioral and cultural change, she has worked with brands including Virgin Mobile Australia and GE Healthcare. Alex is a Business Psychologist with a focus on culture change. She brings extensive experience of working with leadership teams and Boards to align the strategy, purpose, values and behaviours and regularly undertakes Board effectives reviews, bringing insights into how they can perform better.Ella Overshott is a highly skilled organisation development professional with over 25 years' experience in culture change, employee engagement and performance coaching. Ella's experience reflects her love of change and variety working in sectors including retail, financial services, utilities and social enterprise across the UK, including award winning success for her work in mergers and acquisitions. Ella’s background leading sales and operations teams brings a practicality and commercial focus to the challenge of culture change and engagement.
