What is Ear Irrigation Training

Ear irrigation training teaches healthcare professionals and carers to safely perform earwax removal using irrigation techniques. Training includes theoretical knowledge of ear anatomy, common conditions, infection control, and patient assessment, combined with hands-on practice with training equipment.

Course Outline:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the ear.
•  Gain knowledge of ear examination techniques to recognise abnormalities and associated care needs.
