Don’t forget to capture the memories at our selfie station, the perfect way to remember a spectacular night of festive cheer!Doors open at 7:30pm with food served at 7:45pm. Bar closing at 11:30pm and event closing at 12.00am with carriages at 12.30am.Terms and Conditions:1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programmeevents (Event).2. All Events are subject to availability.3. The rate for the Event and any accommodation shall be the rate detailed inthe confirmation of booking supplied by the hotel, which may be sent byfax, post, or e-mail. Children are charged as detailed in brochure.4. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any otherrelevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of theEvent. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking.5. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, includingdeposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.6. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments(including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks, oraccommodation.7. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the Event, allmonies will be refunded, or an alternative date will be offered (at thehotel’s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel. The hotel is notresponsible to find another venue. Client will be informed no later than 14days prior.8. No additional food or drinks of any kind are permitted into the hotel byparty organisers or guests. Any items found will be seized from the guestduring the party period.9. All data and information relating to guests is subject to the Privacy Policyset out in full on the Hilton Worldwide website.10. DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon will endeavour to ensure that all theinformation and prices are accurate. However, occasionally errors occur,and DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon reserves the right to correct prices orother information in such circumstances. If a booking has already beenmade, the hotel is entitled to cancel the booking without liability.11. These conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts ofEngland will have exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.12. Any accommodation booked shall be subject to our hotel booking termsand conditions (available at hilton.com).13. The venue operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and any guests that cannotproduce a legal form of identification will be refused the sale of alcohol.14. Organiser vouchers of £50 will not be valid for the night of your party andcan only be used from the 1st of January 2026 to the 31st of March 2026.Vouchers will be given to the main organiser on the night of the event.Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.15. The 14Twelve Brasserie and Lydiard Party nights will close at midnightwith the bar closing at 11:30pm. Guests are expected to arrange carriagesfrom this point.16. Early Booker promotion must be confirmed and full payment to be prepaid by the 30thSeptember 2025.17. Any drinks vouchers or packages purchased prior to the event will notbe refunded if not consumed. These packages can also not be moved orused at another event.18. Drinks packages must be prebooked and will not be available on the night.19. Please note that for each party night there is a potential of table sharingwith other bookers on joiner nights20. We are currently running as a cashless property.21. Pre-orders must be submitted by 31st October 2025. If we do not receiveyour pre-order by this date, please note that the option available on thenight will be the chef’s choice. All dietary requirements must be providedby 31st October 2025. Failure to inform us of any dietary needs in advancemay result in delays in service and food preparation.22. At this premises we operate a zero tolerance policy. We will not acceptany verbal or physical harassment of our staff, regardless of there religion,sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race or any other factor.
