This unique in person event, and the first brought to you by The Little Horse Big Conversation podcast, embodies what Ross and Amy keep at the heart of the podcast; a place to explore, learn and develop. A day to widen your self-awareness, development and the inter-relational links between horse and human, you will take away from the day what will only enhance your ability as horsemen and horsewomen. Hosted at the Heavenly Hooves Track System, the days framework may follow.. AM The morning will see you learn how to quieten your mind and connect to your body through group guided exercises, from breathwork to movement, before learning about the importance of the nervous system in an interactive way; this will be followed by exercises to further promote and enhance your own self-awareness and the role this plays in developing our horsemanship. LUNCH Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided though please bring lunch with you and any other food you wish to bring on the day. PM After lunch we will integrate what we have learned in the morning for observational and interactive practices with the horses that call Heavenly Hooves Track Livery home, followed by a transformational sound-bath with Iza Moon, finishing the day with a live episode recording of The Little Horse Big Conversation Podcast featuring a panel and group discussion that will publish online. This BIG DAY OUT is one for you to connect, explore and learn at a leisurely pace throughout the day.
