This is everything I wish I knew BEFORE I started raising pasture raised broilers!

This class was built for you! If you want to raise 10 birds or 1,000 birds, this is everything I've learned from poultry professionals, personal experience, books and countless sleepless nights trying to make my dream into a reality!

This is a LEVEL 1 COURSE and focuses on chicken basics. After you attend this introduction, you'll have the ability to sign up for a LEVEL 2 COURSE! Level 2 is designed to build on this basic LEVEL 1 COURSE and expand your knowledge into butchering equipment, sanitary practices, set up, packaging, disposal, ethical butchering, rules/regulations and more!

At The Farm:

What to Bring:
Lawn chair or folding chair
Appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather (rain or shine)
Water bottle or electrolyte drink
Pen and paper for notes
Receipt of class purchase for that date

Important Notes: While small, this is a working farm, which means we have animals, electric fence, uneven terrain and other hazards that cannot be completely eliminated. Participants are encouraged to walk the property to gain a full understanding of the operation and ask questions. A full class will have less than 1/4 to 1/2 a mile walking distance.
