Eligibility: We are accepting registrations from craftspeople, artists, and makers. Please NO re-sellers, MLMs, use of Artificial Intelligence generated imagery/artwork, or use of Trademarked or copyright logos, characters or imagery.
Artwork must be original, and made by hand. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration to those whose work does not fit the intended model for the market. This will be communicated to the registrant via email.
Deadline: The registration form will close for submissions at 11:59 PM EST on February 27th, 2026. Please make sure you submit your registration on time!
Logistics: The gym can accommodate about 40, 10x10 spaces. We will not be using the theatre space this year to try and keep all the traffic in the gym. This is a fundraiser for the MVU - National Arts Honor Society who is raising money for their spring field trip. We are hoping to go to Montreal this year to visit lots of museums!
As a result of hosting fewer artists, we are capping each category at 4-5 artists to ensure we have a good variety for our shoppers. We are also not allowing shared booths this year.

Cost: Registration fee $40.00 per 10 x 10 space. Youth Artist (grade 6 - 12) One 6 foot table FREE. The fee will help cover event logistic fees, which include advertising and promotional materials, the remainder of the registration fee will go right to the NAHS students to plan their spring field trip.

Venue: This event is to be held in the Gymnasium. The Booster booth will be open for refreshments. Youth Artists (Grade 6 - 12) will be able to have a table for FREE. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.
