Release & Restore Through the Creative Process

Find ways to articulate and process built up anger and rage caused by external factors beyond your control, such as societal stressors and political pressure.
This is a safe space to explore feelings, create a responsive art piece and reflect.
Music, art and a supportive studio community will be incorporated.
Food and beverages will be provided.
The mini-workshop is FREE, thanks to funding provided by Seventh Generation RISE.
