Molly, a perinatal mental health counselor and yoga teacher, and Lauren, a post-partum doula and infant massage educator, are teaming up to bring you a relaxing and inclusive yoga experience for you and your baby (birth to pre-walkers)!

?‍♀️ This class is **postpartum-friendly** and accessible to all levels of yoga, including complete beginners.

? Breastfeeding, diaper changes, snack time—all are welcome!

When: Every other Friday
Time: 9:30 - 10:30 am
Where: Swanton Public Library

✨Drop-ins welcome! No need to pre-register.

Worried about a fussy baby? No problem! Lauren will be there to bounce and soothe little ones so you can enjoy your practice.
