Archetypes are the universal roles we all play like the Rebel, the Caregiver, the Magician and they show up in everything from fairy tales to your daily choices.
In this first class, we’ll explore:
• What archetypes are and why they matter
• How they show up in your favorite stories—and your own life
You’ll get a clear overview of the full series, which includes:
• The Four Survival Archetypes and how they protect or limit us
• Light and Shadow aspects of each archetype
• The 12 Common Archetypes and how they shape your relationships, career, and spirituality
• Healing tools like journaling, meditation, and visualization
• A final class to create your personal archetype map
This gateway class is beginner-friendly, hands-on, and designed to spark insight. You don’t need any prior experience—just curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner world.
