As the year turns through its quietest day, we gather in stillness to honour the sacred pause, the still point where endings and beginnings meet.
The Light Within the Stillness is a contemplative Winter Solstice retreat with modern-day contemplative mystic, Imogen Webber joined by special guest medium and sound healer, Inula Austin.
A gentle day of meditation, silence and reflection — a space to rest deeply, explore inwardly and reconnect with the quiet light within.
The day unfolds slowly with time for contemplation, meditation, shared presence and inner exploration. We'll close with a sound and energy immersion with Inula and Imogen, supporting deep rest, renewal and integration as we enter the turning of the year.

Please bring a packed lunch (or visit the nearby café) and anything that supports your comfort — a journal, shawl, blanket, cushion or mat. Chairs and a few yoga mats and cushions are available and you’re welcome to lie down during the closing sound and energy immersion.
