Temple of Bliss is a gentle yet powerful energy-based meditation experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, elevate your vibration, and cultivate inner harmony. As energy beings, we thrive when we regularly align and stabilize our life-force energy, and this class offers a structured, supportive way to do exactly that.
Karendayal has created and taught this signature Temple of Bliss method for many years. Her approach makes energetic alignment simple, accessible, and deeply restorative. Each session includes a guided meditation paired with Mudras (yogic hand gestures), Mantras (sacred sound), and Pranayama (breathwork) to support emotional balance, clarity of mind, and spiritual well-being. Additional multisensory elements may be introduced to enhance your experience.
Karendayal’s nurturing, poetic, and disciplined teaching style guides participants into a direct vibrational experience of peace, love, and personal empowerment. This practice helps you build a practical, sustainable relationship with your own inner temple of bliss,supporting the mind, body, emotions, soul, nervous system, and overall energetic health.
