Our first Sunset Wellness evening was such a wonderful experience that we’re excited to bring it back for another beautiful summer night by the water!

Join The Soul Purpose Holistic & Spiritual Wellness Center for a relaxing community gathering where we’ll move, stretch, breathe, and unwind while watching the sun set over beautiful Mount Hope Bay.

This free community event is designed for all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, move your body, enjoy nature, spend time with family and friends, or simply experience a peaceful summer evening, we’d love to have you with us.

Our Evening Includes
? Gentle Movement & Zen Pilates with Katelyn
Ease into the evening with gentle movement, light exercise, and beginner friendly Zen Pilates designed to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, and overall well being.

? Gentle Beach Yoga with Lisa
Enjoy a calming yoga practice while surrounded by the peaceful sounds and beauty of the beach. Beginners are always welcome.

? Gong Meditation & Rhythmic Drumming with Jessica Kozak Shaw
As the sun begins to set, relax into the grounding rhythms of the drum and the soothing vibrations of the gong. Together they create a peaceful sound experience that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and a deep sense of calm.

✨ Featuring Additional Support from Our Yoga Team
We are also excited to welcome Linda Shweiri and Sue Andersen, who will be joining us throughout the evening to share their knowledge, encouragement, and expertise, making this a truly special community wellness experience.

Please Bring
• Yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket
• Beach chair if preferred
• Water to stay hydrated
• Comfortable clothing

This event is weather permitting. If needed, a new date will be announced.
