Join Müna and Sòlpathy for a deliiightful collaboration on the 17th and 24th of May in Barry and Swansea 🌊 

Sharing allllll things dandelion can offer us through her magic . By ingesting her and connecting through a guided tea ceremony and a grounding movement session inspired by floor-work . 

Open to all levels and abilities . This space allows you to listen to your body’s limits not push it. (Unless you want to hehe !)💃 🌼

Sòlpathy will open the space to settle us into our bodies by sharing a cuppa from her grandmothers cups , whilst honouring the medicine of the dandelion through  a guided tea meditation .

“ A cup of tea holds many memories with loved ones , with community and with village. The plant infused in the tea has their own memories , spirit and story to tell.” ☕️ 

Communicating through tea has been apart of Sòlpathys lineage and dates back to her ancestors . Her great great grandmother would connect the community to the wisdom of the tea , by reading the leaves and sharing the warmth guidance of them. 

Sòlpathy is carrying on this tradition with us, we are so lucky and grateful to receive this medicine from her . 

Our movement facilitator Müna will then take us on a journey by guiding us into the ground , rooting down , listening to our bodies and being supported by the earth and each-other through juicyyyyy floor based movement. 

Müna has been a dancer / movement practitioner for over 10 years working and training professionally in the dance industry and in recent years has followed her calling of facilitating movement spaces . 

Guiding people to reconnect with their bodies through the knowledge that already lives within.  Remembering the sacred codes and the sacred dance of our ancestors , memories and thoughts . Bringing them to the surface by  creating and expressing through what already lives within whilst having fuuuun and letting our inner child run freeeeee we explore and play through dance and movement 🌀.
