Come, journey deeper and explore living more boldly, as we reconnect to the power of the feminine within. In this retreat we dive into a transformative blend of yoga, breathwork, sea dips, nature, journalling, and community. Step away from the noise of daily life, reignite your inner wisdom, and rediscover the magic of sisterhood in this intimate retreat.  

What To Expect:  
Morning Rituals – Ceremony, chanting, yoga & journalling 
Nature Immersion – Beach walks, optional dips, grounding into the elements 
Empowering Workshops – encounter & embrace the different angles of the feminine psyche; a process of unlearning and reawakening 
Deep Nourishment – An abundance of delicious vegan meals, tea & treats 
Rest & Integration – Breathwork, guided relaxation, soothing practices and sister circles  

Your Guide:  
Throughout the weekend you’ll be held in the safe, experienced hands of Rose – counsellor, yoga teacher, and yoga therapist with a decade of experience in helping people reconnect with themselves and the earth. Inspired by the mythology of Celtic and Hindu Goddesses, together we explore how their stories weave into our own, and reunite with the characters of the divine feminine that we've lost our connection to.  

This is a call to step fully into your power, and return home to yourself again.

A lovely house in Port Eynon, Gower - just a two minute walk to the beach

Arrive on Thursday, 5th Feb from 4.30pm 
Close Sun 8th Feb 4pm (option to stay an extra night for additional fee) 
All practices, 3 nights stay & food included until Sunday 4pm

A £75 non-refundable deposit secures your spot, provide room selection and payment dates on your booking form. Option to pay in full within 4 weeks of booking, or pay in two instalments. The full amount must be paid by January 5th.
