Fun, action, friends! 

This is a monthly, friendly, supportive gathering that follows a familiar format: 

2.30 pm - 4.15 pm (ish) - class - we'll warm you up and teach you some moves that can link up in a flow. 

TEA, CAKE and chatter

4.30 pm - 5.30 pm- jam - free play time to practice what you just learnt or something else entirely, with spotters, cheering on and advice available as needed. 

All levels very welcome - the class aims to be beginner-friendly with options to level-up and folks are always keen to help with the basics in the jam.

You don't need a partner to come with, but you're always welcome to bring friends!
