As we gather beneath December’s Cold Moon, we honor the final full moon of the year — a time when the Earth sleeps, and the Spirit world whispers. In shamanic tradition, this moon marks a sacred pause, inviting us to release the year’s heaviness and step into the stillness where deep wisdom is born.
The Cold Moon is the Moon of Reflection and Renewal — a gateway between endings and beginnings. It asks us to slow down, listen to the quiet pulse of our own soul, and reconnect with the ancestors who guide us through the darker months.
During this Sound Bath Ceremony, Juli Ann will weave together the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, and sacred tones — opening pathways for clearing, grounding, and deep rest. The sounds help melt stagnant energy, calm the mind, and align you with the luminous rhythm of Spirit.
