Our floating soundbaths at Langrove Health & Fitness Club are designed to create deep rest for both body and mind. As the body gently floats, the nervous system often begins to soften naturally. The water supports you completely, allowing tension to slowly melt away while the sound travels through both the air and water in a way that feels incredibly immersive.

Unlike listening to music through headphones or speakers, these sessions use live acoustic instruments including large symphonic gongs, shamanic drums, chimes, voice and carefully layered sound textures to create a calming and deeply atmospheric journey.

The combination of water, vibration and stillness creates an experience many people struggle to put into words. Some describe it as meditative, others say it feels dreamlike, while some simply say it is the first time in months they have truly relaxed.

Each session is carefully guided and paced, beginning gently before building into deeper immersive soundscapes and then slowly bringing you back into stillness. No experience is needed at all. You do not need to know how to meditate or “switch off properly”. This is simply space to float, breathe and rest.

Please note:
• Participants float on individual airbeds
• You do not need to swim during the session
• Spaces are limited due to pool capacity
• Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session begins
