- **Event Description**: The Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education is for anyone wanting to move better and feel better.

The lessons are mostly floor-based and consist of verbally guided movement explorations with an emphasis on awareness and quality of movement.

There's no pressure to do more than is comfortable for you, and each person works at their own level of ability.

Lessons will leave you feeling calmer, more relaxed and centred, and more aware of new movement options to take into your daily life.

Cost ; £45 for a block booking of 6 consecutive classes.
 £9 drop-in rate. (Concessions are available on a sliding scale so please ask about this option if you can't afford the full rate.)
