🌿 Tea Tasting: Sample several herbal tea blends and take home your own tea for sleep or aches and pains to try.
🌸 Oil Exploration: Smell and test a variety of essential oils while learning how to use them safely for balance and relaxation.
💫 Create & Blend: Mix a simple oil or herbal sachet blend to enjoy at home.
🌈 Energy Healing Moment: Gentle Reiki-inspired chakra balancing and a short meditative routine to ground your energy.
