Winter can be a season of beauty and stillness, yet it often brings emotions closer to the surface. Grief, change, and quiet feelings of loss can feel more intense when the days are shorter and life slows down. You do not have to move through this season alone.



Coping with Loss in The Winter is a gentle, supportive program facilitated by Diana Anderson, Bereavement Specialist. Diana offers a compassionate space where you can explore your experience of loss, receive tools for emotional balance, and reconnect with a sense of hope and inner strength.



Loss can appear in many forms: the passing of a loved one, changes in health, shifts in relationships, or the feeling that life is simply not what it used to be. This program invites you to honor your story while also nurturing your vitality in the winter months.
