Nature Notes

This monthly journaling series offers attendees a chance to slow down from life’s complexities and notice the subtle details that nature provides—sunlight on leaves, birdsong, changing weather—and to capture these moments on paper through words or images. This month’s journal entry focuses on mindfulness.

Bring your journal and something to write with. We'll meet at the Live Oak Loop Trail. Program is weather dependent.
