Ecstatic dance is a free-form, and non-judgmental movement practice where participants dance to a musical "wave" (slow to high-energy, then back to silence) to release stress and foster self-expression. Held in safe, inclusive spaces—often barefoot and without talking—it promotes mental and physical well-being through spontaneous, unrestricted movement.
