Join PIERCE Provisions for a powerful two-day leadership retreat in the mountains of North Carolina, created specifically for all first responders who want to grow into the kind of leader others willingly follow.

Set in a beautiful mountain retreat home and immersive horse farm environment, this course blends real-world leadership principles, team building, self-reflection, and experiential learning in a way traditional classrooms simply cannot.

Spend meaningful time on-site at the retreat and at the horse farm, working alongside rescued horses and experienced trainers to learn invaluable lessons in communication, trust, presence, emotional control, and leadership influence.

Horses do not respond to rank. They respond to confidence, calmness, authenticity, and trust. The same is true for people.

This experience includes:
Two full days of leadership development
Two nights stay included on site
Dinner included (night before event and first night of event)
Interactive classroom sessions
Horse-assisted leadership exercises
Team-building activities
Campfires and guided reflection
Nature trails and wellness downtime
Practical leadership tools you can bring back to your agency immediately

Each retreat is intentionally limited to only 8 participants to preserve the quality of the experience and maximize personal growth.
Teams of two are strongly encouraged to help strengthen workplace partnerships and leadership alignment.

Shared sleeping areas are available on site. On-site lodging is optional. Participants choosing hotel accommodations are welcome to do so, but hotel expenses are not covered by the program.
