This afternoon is inspired by that same intentionJoin us in a beautiful ocean-view room overlooking the sea for a deeply nourishing winter gathering designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body and create space for stillness.The afternoon will include:Warm ceremonial cacao on arrival,Gentle yin yoga with long supported holds,Breath, stillness & inward reflection,An immersive sound healing journey with crystal bowls, gongs and grounding instruments.Time to simply rest, receive and reconnect.As the winter light softens outside, allow yourself to be held by sound, warmth and community.These practices are designed to help:reduce stress and overwhelm,regulate the nervous system,release physical tension,encourage deep rest and restoration,reconnect you with yourself and the natural rhythms of the season.A beautiful afternoon to pause, soften and gather with like-minded souls, just as people once did around the fire during Winter Solstice.
