- **Event Description**: Our Annual Your Yoga Yard Summer Sunset Social this year is on Wednesday June 24th.

We are gathering again outdoors in a beautiful private little spot as the sun sets.

If you came along last year you’ll know how fabulous it was and what to expect, if not here’s the details …. 

?We meet at 6.15pm at Church Gresley Church DE11 9NR - parking is available.

?There’s just a short walk along a woodland trail to our location.

?We then begin with a guided meditation  including breath-work to help us fully arrive & leave the day behind.

?Next comes our movement, a short Summer flow suitable for all.

?We then slowly come to relaxation where we will absorb the benefits of our movement & the power of all of the nature surrounding us.

?To reenergise us we will then come to a circle to have some fun with our poses. There’s the option then to end by shouting affirmations at the setting sun.

?Our evening is then rounded up with drinks & summery snacks - all provided - along with  the opportunity to chat as the sun sets in a simply stunning spot.

It’s just £10 per person including your practice, drinks & snacks, which is non refundable & is to be paid in advance.
